She was predeceased by: her husband David Zakar; her parent Morris Magzamer; and her son-in-law Sam Goosay. She is survived by: her parent Ethel Newman Magzamer; her children, Ellen Goosay of Saylorsburg and Stephen Zakar (Linda) of Ashland, MA; and her grandchildren, Michael Goosay, Natalie Turpan, Rachel Stutz, Sara Zakar and Jessica Meservey.
