She was predeceased by: her parents, Stanley Bushick and Anna Drigan Bushick; her husband Vladimir "Larry" Kaczmarczyk; her stepson John C. "Jack" Kaczmarczyk; and her siblings, John Bushick, Eugene Bushick, Loretta Royack, Phyllis Hopkins and Anna Gulden.
She is survived by: her sons, Basil S. Kaczmarczyk, Plains Twp and Vladimir D. Kaczmarczyk (Kimberly); her grandsons, Nicholas, Alex and Christian Kaczmarczyk; and her stepgrandchildren, Karen Roberts and John Mark Kaczmarczyk. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
