With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Helen Opsitos of Edwardsville, Pennsylvania, who passed away on June 20, 2021 at the age of 101. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Havrill "Harry" Drugotch and Mary Drugotch (Romanak); her husband Joseph; her daughter Susan Opsitos; her son-in-law Frank Curcio; her grandson Justin Curcio; and her siblings, Joseph, George, Michael Drugotch, John Drugotch, Mary Gawlick, Anna Stemmer, Margaret Barilla and Kathryn Kravitsky.
She is survived by: her children, Elaine Curcio, Joseph Opsitos (Kimberly Todd) and Donna Marie Sigmond; her grandchildren, Stephen Opsitos, Alison Hoover (Michael), Erick Sigmond (Chelsea), Brandon Curcio (Rebecca Shovlin), Rachael Sigmond and Ethan Sigmond; and her great grandchildren, David Hoover, Sophie Hoover, Milo Sigmond and Isla Curcio. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
