He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Frank, Mary Wojtash, Charles and Wilma Usher; and his mother-in-law Kathy Rice.
He is survived by: his parents, Frank Wojtash and Joanne Wojtash (Usher) of Edwardsville; his wife Kathy Evans; his sons, Frank of Hilldale and Zachary Wojtash of Hilldale; his sister Jennifer Hartman (Eric); his niece Morgan Crespo (Brandon); and his nephew Ryan Hartman.
