She was predeceased by: her parents, Barney Zionkowski and Stella Derks Zionkowski; and her husband Michael. She is survived by: her daughter Linette Krutz (Gary); her granddaughters, Melissa Kuzmitsky and Kristen Melusky; her great grandchildren, Abigail, Emmalee Kuzmitsky and Scott Melusky; and her cousin Robert Bohinski (Jean).
