He was predeceased by: his parents, Helen Kosloski (Kowalchik) and Anthony Kosloski, Sr.. He is survived by: his son Anthony III (Karen); his wife Nancy (Beisel); his daughter Tammy Feil (late Mark); his grandchildren, Jacqueline, Alyssa, Anthony and Jennifer; his great grandchildren, Nathan, Isabella, Gisele and Seren; and his sister Sandra (Walter). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
