He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Lee R. Allen and Rachel P. Allen (Seh); his wife Patricia A. Keller (Williams); his son Josh Keller of New Castle; his brothers, David Keller of Oklahoma and Dennis Keller of Youngstown, Ohio; and his adoptive daughter Sylvia Ruiz of New Castle.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Union Township VFD or the New Creation Building Fund.
