He is survived by: his parents, Donald Gene and Edith Jayne Dougherty (Dutton); his wife Amy Dougherty (Wagner); his daughters, Lauren of Edinburg and Brooke Dougherty of Edinburg; his brother Brian D. Dougherty of Rootstown, OH; his niece Hannah; and his nephew Zach Dougherty.
Memorial contributions may be offered to the family, for a future scholarship fund, to benefit a local culinary student or business.
