Lois Lahr Obituary
We are sad to announce that on November 26, 2020, at the age of 97, Lois Lahr of Edinburg, Pennsylvania, born in Clarion, Pennsylvania passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Lois Lahr to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Freeman Shrecengost and Luella Shrecengost (Scheuy); her husband Charles E. Lahr, Sr.; her son Bill Lahr; and her siblings, Phyllis Baker, Ione Lauer, Francis Fitzsimmons, Bob Shrecengost and Freeman "Bud" Shrecengost.
She is survived by: her sons, Charles Lahr, Jr. (Tina) of Edinburg, Frank Lahr (Dianna) of Eastbrook, Michael Lahr of South Carolina, Joseph Lahr (Debra) of Ellwood City and Donald Lahr (Doreen) of Princeton; and her sister Peggy Leslie of Ohio. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 23 great grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be directed towards Holy Spirit Parish – St. Mary Church 124 N. Beaver St., New Castle, PA 16101.
