She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles D. Sbarro and Elizabeth V. Tardelli Sbarro; her husband Anthony Faraone; her sister Mary Elizabeth Peak; her parents-in-law, Rose and Pete Faraone; her sister-in-law Linda Faraone; her nephew Charles Sbarro Peak; and her son-in-law Don Valenti.

She is survived by: her daughters, Debra Hansen (Dave) of Cumberland, RI and Patricia Valenti of Edinburg; her sister-in-law Donna Faraone; her grandchildren, Nicole Valenti, Michael Valenti (Kayla) and David Hansen (Kyle); and her great grandchildren, Kilye Weston, Enzo and Catarina Valenti.

“Julie was my next-door neighbor growing up. I simply loved Julie, her parents and of course Julie’s sister Mary Elizabeth. Years later Julie became my Rock as an RN in the New Castle Hospital. It was there in the ER at age 18 without any family present my father passed away unexpectedly in my arms. Julie was sent to the ER to be with me when he passed. She comforted me, like a mother, neighbor, and friend. I will never forget her. May she rest in peace. Alex Georgeadis Saratoga Springs, NY”
