He is survived by: his father Harold'Butch'Slagle Slagle; his daughters, Chelsea Slagle (Devin Sims) of New Castle, Holly Slagle (Tenique Booker) of New Castle and Hannah Slagle (Michael Bobosky) of New Castle; his grandchildren, Michael Slagle, Jayce Sims, Jovie Sims and Kane Booker; and his siblings, Tim Slagle (Renee) of New Castle, Robert Slagle (Melissa) of New Castle, Rick Slagle (Stacey) of New Castle, Charlene DiCarlo (Anthony) of New Castle, Nancy Stalma (Russell) of New Castle and Jamie Veri. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
