She was predeceased by: her parents, Lee DeStefano and Dexter DeStefano; and her brother Vaughn L. Dexter. She is survived by: her husband John C. Sankey; her stepchildren, Melissa O'Shane of Oakmont, PA and Brian Sankey of Edinburg, PA; and also, Shirley Shay Murdock DeStefano, Aidan O'Shane and Hadley O'Shane.
