He is survived by: his wife Rose Mary; his children, Debra Kersting, Mary Ellen McCorkle (Dwight), Elizabeth Morgan Gerlach, Walter R. Dickson III (Becky), Linda Marnic (Stephen) and Frank Dickson (Jeanette); and his siblings-in-law, Fran Kaiser (John) and Tom Streiff (Bernice). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
