She is survived by: her children, Wayne Smith (Valerie) of Saegertown, Dan Smith (Gail) of Waterford, Fred Smith (Rachel) of Conneaut, Ohio and Beverly Gardner of North Carolina; her grandchildren, Jessica and Allan Smith; and her great grandchild Jackson.
