He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Tobin and Irene Kingston Tobin; and his sister-in-law Emily Tobin. He is survived by: his wife Annette "Sis" Chorney Tobin; his sons, Lawrence Tobin (Brittany Smail) of Springboro and Andrew Tobin (Sadie Brown) of Edinboro; and his siblings, Ed Tobin of Edinboro, Gerald Tobin (Linda) of Edinboro and Mary Lou Wolfe (John) of Columbus, OH. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
