Ruth Cypher Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ruth Cypher of Edinboro, Pennsylvania, born in Erie, Pennsylvania, who passed away on October 31, 2020, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Winkelbauer and Marian Winkelbauer; and her siblings, Mary Winkelbauer, J. David and Richard Winkelbauer.
She is survived by: her husband Dexter Cypher; her daughter Cynthia Pratt (Shaun) of Edinboro; and her siblings, James, Paul (Mary Jo), Robert, Howard, Daniel Winkelbauer (Melody), Anne Studt (David) and Rose Hoffman.
A Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 12:00 p. m. All CDC guideline requiring face masks and social distancing will be in effect.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Sisters of Divine Providence, 9000 Babcock Blvd., Allison Park, PA 15101, or the Cleft Palate Institute, 4950 West 23rd St., Erie, PA 16506 .
