She was predeceased by: her parent Kenneth Lewis; and her siblings, Jack Lewis and Joyce Nason. She is survived by: her parent Ada Lewis; her husband Kenneth Loucks; her sons, Joseph Loucks (Jessica Kostovick) and Tyrone Loucks; her siblings, Robert Lewis, Kenneth Lewis, Norman Lewis, Jerry Lewis, Judy Vorse and Dayle O'Day; her grandchildren, Billie Jo Loucks, Sally Turner (Cory), Crystal Muscia (Bryan) and Chelsea Loucks; and her great grandchildren, Ashley, Cody, Jacob, Marissa, Landen and Izabella.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Erie Shriner's Hospital for Children, 1645 West 8th St., Erie, PA 16505.
