He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester Ropp and Marie Ropp (Dahl); his brother Larry Ropp; and his niece Judy Ropp. He is survived by: his wife Mavis Ropp; his son Jeffrey Ropp; his daughter-in-law Mary Ropp; his son Greg Ropp; his grandchildren, Shannon Stefano, Alan, Erica Bickel (Ropp), Andrew and Tamara Ropp; and his great grandchild Amelia Bickel.
