He was predeceased by: his parents, Leon Milton Sauers and Margaret Minch Sauers. He is survived by: his children, Chivers Construction, Excavating Specialties, Jim Sterrett (Slim), Nicole Marie Varee (Jeff) of Conneautville and Heather Lee Blore (Chris) of Covington, OH; his grandsons, Zachery, Gavin, Colin, Grant and Vaughn; his stepgrandsons, Jordan, Ben and Nolan; and his siblings, John Sauers (Cathy) of Erie and Margaret Elaine Crandall of Waterford.
