With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Matthew Steven Johnson of Edinboro, Pennsylvania, born in Erie, Pennsylvania, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on March 21, 2025 at the age of 39. He was predeceased by: his grandfather Lee Bochert; his stepfather Len Skinkis; his stepbrother Joe Otteni; and his nephew Levi Snyder. He is survived by: his fiancé Ali Kerner of Edinboro; his parents, Tina Otteni and Sid of Edinboro; his son Gage Johnson of Cambridge Springs; his siblings, Mike Johnson (Jess) of Panama City, FL, Amanda Snyder (Scott) of Girard and Kyle Skinkis of Sarasota, FL; his stepsister Stephanie Otteni of Erie; and his grandmother Jean Bochert of Edinboro. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
