She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Campbell and O. Irene Campbell; her husband Donald Helmbreck; and her siblings, Ann Mickle, Lewis, Eugene, Jack, Robert, Frank and Arthur Campbell.
She is survived by: her son Wayne Helmbreck of Edinboro; her grandson Wyatt Helmbreck of South Carolina; and her siblings, Genny Eichols of Arizona, Lawrence, Paul, William Campbell of Florida, Jerry and George Campbell of Edinboro. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
