She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred A. Fisher and Mable L. Kline Fisher; her husband Gusty Yurcak; her children, Vicki Belden and Ronald Yurcak; her daughter-in-law Becky Yurcak; her grandson Ray Gourley; her sister Hazel Kelly; and her friend Roy Carlson.
She is survived by: her son Ed Yurcak (Betty) of Edinboro; her grandchildren, Joseph Yurcak (Cheryl) of Corry, Michele Gourley of Edinboro, Kim Hammill (Eric) of Edinboro, Matt Belden (Lisa) of McKean, Randy Belden and Cory Yurcak (Andressa) of Charlotte, NC; and her great grandchildren, Kyleigh Belden, Matt Belden, Jr., Alex Belden, Samantha Belden, Lorin Hammill and Morgan Hammill.
