He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Loucks and Mildred Loucks (LeSuer). He is survived by: his sons, Joseph Loucks (Jessica Kostovick) of McKean and Tyrone Loucks of McKean; his grandchildren, Billie Jo Loucks, Sally Turner (Cory), Crystal Muscia (Bryan), Chelsea Loucks and Cole Kostovick; his great grandchildren, Ashley, Cody, Jacob, Marissa, Landen and Izabella; his great great grandchild Claytin; his brothers, Paul Loucks, Dentcsil LeSuer (Phyllis Tallman) and Nevearin LeSuer (Gail Sturm); his sister-in-law Nancy LeSuer (Krautter) of Edinboro; and his significant other Paula Mosier.
