He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth C. Foy and Thelma Walts Foy; his wife Helen M. Johnson; his stepson David J. Miscichowski; his significant other Karen Stellmach; his daughter Martha Bucko; his siblings, Norman Foy and Marjorie Ryan; and his sister-in-law Lois Foy.
He is survived by: his children, Debbie J. Foy of Frankfort, KY., Daphne V. Kennedy (David) of Zephyr Hills, Denise M. Snyder (Dennis) of Edinboro, Danielle E. Woytek (Alan) of Alvin, TX. and Kenneth C. Foy (Debbie) of Edinboro; his brother Arthur Foy of Edinboro; and his sister-in-law Almeda Foy of Morgantown, NC. He is also survived by ten grandchildren; thirteen great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
