He is survived by: his parents, Rexford Docter and Georgia Daniels Docter; his wife Betty Docter; his son Jim Docter (Cindy) of Erie; his grandchildren, Jason Docter (Holly) of Reno and Brandi Docter of Erie; his stepchildren, Richard Johnson of Edinboro, Paul Johnson of Cambridge Springs, Kathy Lutton (Rick) of Erie, Jennifer Martin (David) of Cambridge Springs and Jessica Johnson of Cambridge Springs; and his brother Rex Docter of Erie. He is also survived by many grandchildren great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
