She was predeceased by: her parents, William F. Sr. O'Brien and Kathleen O'Brien (Phillips). She is survived by: her husband Michael R. Zahorchak; her sons, Michael Quinn Zahorchak (Mary Beth) of Cranberry Township, PA and William Brien Zahorchak (Dawn) of Cranberry Township, PA; her siblings, Brigid O. Nawrocki (Harry) of Florida, Mary Ellen Wright (David) of Kansas, Maureen O. McCormick (David) of Florida, Bernard Martin O'Brien (Debbie) of Pittsburgh, PA and Terrence M. O'Brien (Karen) of North Carolina, Six; her grandchildren, Cameron Taylor (Paige), Patrick Quinn, Madison Summer Haley, Mary Kate, Michael Cole and Blake Phillips Zahorchak; and her great grandchild Brooks Taylor Zahorchak. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
