He was predeceased by: his parents, John A. Boylan and Helen L. Perry Boylan; his wife Judy Boylan; and his daughter Stacy Renee Boylan. He is survived by: his daughters, Trisha Yates (Bruce) of Edinboro and Vini Smith (David) of New Castle; and his siblings, JoAnn Knoedler of Venango, Bruce Boylan of Portland, Oregon, Jim Boylan (Kathy) of Portland, Oregon and Mary Graul of Westchester. He is also survived by ten grandchildren; four great grandchildren.
