He is survived by: his siblings, Sandra Mook (Doug Bensink), Linda Sayers (Jeff), Keith Zilhaver (Judy), Valerie Atkin (Dennis) and Dale; and his nephew Jeremy. He is also survived by many nephews, nieces, great nephews and nieces.
