He was predeceased by: his parents, James Taft Williams and Elna Williams Harwood; and his sister Pamela Cricks (Harvey). He is survived by: his wife Winifred Williams; his children, Jeff Williams, Kimberly Streiff (John), Karen Teed (Dennis), Wendy Ward (Timothy), Julie Insana (David) and Mark Williams (Milly); his sister Evelyn; and his brothers-in-law, Dick Walker and Harvey Cricks. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
