He was predeceased by: his parents, Fonzy Willard Bolton and Evelyn Bolton (Lindquist). He is survived by: his wife Christine Ozimek; his children, Jamie (Amy) and Jenna; his grandchildren, Finlay, Anna and Mary; and his brother John. He is also survived by "Papa" to his grandkids.
