He was predeceased by: his parents, Jean Anne Dow Pellegrino and James Paul Pellegrino. He is survived by: his son Doc; his wife Barb Pellegrino; his children, Lauren Pellegrino and James Pellegrino (Doc); his stepdaughters, Jennifer Hawkins and Desirée Hannigan; and his sisters, Marla Pellegrino and Sue Cohen. He is also survived by many cousins, grandchildren and close friends.
