It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James A. Hoover Sr. (Edinboro, Pennsylvania), who passed away on July 6, 2018, at the age of 62, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parent Joseph W. Hoover; his stepmother Frances Ginkel Hoover; and his brother Joseph W. Hoover Jr.. He is survived by: his parent Catherine Wurst Hoover; his wife Ann Rawlings Hoover; his children, James A. Hoover Jr. (Melanie) and Catherine M. Hoover (Ryan Krayniewski); his grandson Joseph W. Hoover; his sister Nancy Daub; and his siblings-in-law, Amy Rawlings Williams and Edward Rawlings (Eileen). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
