He was predeceased by: his parents, Miriam Peters (Kelly) and John C. Peters; his brothers, Gordon Peters and Clyde Peters; and his aunt Mary Whidett of Largo, FL..
He is survived by: his wife Nancy Peters (Ethridge); his sons, Dan Peters (Lori) and Chris Peters (Michelle); his siblings, Barbara Fehr and David Peters (Judy); and his grandchildren, Emily Peters of Connecticut, Michaila Peters, Colton Peters and Ryan Peters (Tessa). He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
