She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Weber and Frances Weber; her husband Paul G. Gorniak; and her brothers, Kevin and Larry Weber.
She is survived by: her sons, Christopher of Edinboro and Joel Gorniak of Edinboro; her grandchildren, Jaiden, Kailani and Jordan; her siblings, Greg Weber, Valerie Marchini (Tim), Brenda Cabarcas and Diane Majewski (Mike); and her siblings-in-law, Mary Ann Biernik (Joe Chromik) and Dr. Gary Gorniak (Jo Ellen). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
