He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Stevens and Margarite Stevens; and his siblings, Richard Stevens, Linda Cleaver and Irma Stevens.
He is survived by: his wife Grace Stevens; his children, David Stevens, Jr., Daniel Stevens, Thomas Harold Stevens (Margaret) and Julie Stevens Shaw; and his grandchildren, Emily, Abigail, Matthew, Jacob, Nicholas Stevens, Andrew and Samantha Shaw.
