He is survived by: his parents, Edward Murdzak and Karen Murdzak; his girlfriend Tiffany Weigle; his sister Dana Murdzak Pittsburgh (Drew Malachosky); his aunt Marita Haubrick (Pittsburgh); and his uncle Dale King (Debbie).
