Johnson; his siblings, Megan Cavanah of Meadville, Sarah Cavanah of Akron, OH, Rebbekagrace Cavanah of Meadville and Kyle Cavanah (Jenna) of Linesville; and his grandparents, Dennis and Carrie Doty of Meadville. He is also survived by two nieces and three nephews.
