She is survived by: her husband Ralph Neely Sr.; her children, Ralph Neely Jr. (Jaymi), Colonel David Neely Sr. (Chris) and Kathleen Hinzman (William); and her grandchildren, Major David Jr. Neely (Jaime), Major Matthew Neely (Kristine), Michael Neely (Anne), Dr. Katie Hinzman, Kimberly Brands (Benedict), Ralph Neely III, Jill Hinzman and Kelly Neely. She is also survived by her many great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
