He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Bumford and Esther Bumford (Roberts); his brother Clyde Eldon "Newt" Bumford; and his niece Bonnie Grenella (Alexander). He is survived by: his sisters, Eileen Alexander, Smryna, Georgia and Genevieve Singel of Ebensburg; and his nieces and nephews, William Alexander, Barbara Alexander, Beth Smith, Edward Singel, David Singel, Douglas Singel and Beverly Molnar (Tim).
