He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Henry and Minnie Mae Henry (Cramer); and his siblings, Jack, Leo, Boyd, William, Robert Henry and Judith Stiles.
He is survived by: his wife Carole Ann Henry (Kenny) of Ebensburg; his daughter Stacy Ann Frank; his grandsons, Connor Henry Frank of Oakdale and Evan Alexander Frank of Oakdale; his brother Dwight Henry of Johnstown; and his sister-in-law Sally Henry. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
