She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry and Mary E. Radebach; her husband Frank Folckemer; her grandson Frank Daniel; and her siblings, Jack, Jim (Rita), Ted and Betty Long (Ed).
She is survived by: her sons, Mark (Leona) and David (Tina); her grandchildren, Lisa, Alyssa and Cameron; her great grandchildren, Daniel, Logan and Liam; her great great grandchild Sophia; her brother Bill (Ann); and her sister-in-law Sally (Jack). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, in laws and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Revloc Fire Company in Toots' memory.
