He is survived by: his wife Janet Fogle; his children, Michael J. O'Hara, Jr. of Ebensburg, Jennifer Lee Watson (George) of Ebensburg and Vincent Robert O'Hara of Ebensburg; his grandchildren, Samantha O'Hara, Jacqueline Watson and Eden McIntosh (Patrick); his great grandchildren, Alice, Lily, Leland, Evelyn and Maeve; and his siblings, Jim O'Hara (Sara), Kathy Kelly (Dan), Dave O'Hara, Tom O'Hara (Sharon), Carl O'Hara, Marty Grubb and Shirley Hunt (Jeff).
