He was predeceased by: his parents, John L. Sr. Bertolino and Agnes Bertolino (Sikora); and his niece Nicole Bertolino. He is survived by: his siblings, Gloria Jean (Larry W. Lohr) and John L. Jr. (Vicki); his close friend Tressia "Tret" Molinik; and his nieces and nephews, Tanya Holsopple (Dale), Dom Bertolino, Todd Lohr, Angel Bertolino (Katie) and Tamara Walker (Shawn). He is also survived by eight great nieces and nephews.
