With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Marion Templeton of Ebensburg, Pennsylvania, who passed away on December 28, 2023 at the age of 103. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Marion Templeton to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Hughes and Emma Hughes (Roberts); her husband W. Donald Templeton; her siblings, Anne, Thomas, Roger, Fred and Ike Hughes; her sons-in-law, Robert McKotch and Lyman Walter; and her grandson John McKotch.
She is survived by: her children, D. Barry (Karen Richardson), Charlotte "Chip" McKotch, Kay E. Davis (Benjamin), Nancy T Scanlan (Gary), C. Wayne (Dolores "Dolly" Lieb), D. Robert (LouAnn Martin), Janet E. Walter and Thomas M. (Becky McClung); her sisters, Nancy Stephenson, Roberta Evans, Twila Claycomb and Carolyn Maurer; and her sister-in-law Lois Hughes. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren, 24 great-grandchildren, and 1 great-great grandchild.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Marion's memory may be made to the Ebensburg Area Ambulance Association or to the United Church of Christ, 217 E. High Street, Ebensburg, Pa. 15931.
