With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Marion Moyer of Ebensburg, Pennsylvania, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 2, 2025 at the age of 99. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Marion Moyer to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Hugh Evans and Edith Evans; her former husband Patrick Callahan; her husband Lewis W. Moyer; her daughter Cynthia L. Moyer; her brothers, Bill (Betty), Bob (Isabel), Cal (June), Walter (Imelda), Art (Donnette) and Warren Evans (Faynelle); her grandsons, Jeremy Kirkpatrick and Rob Moyer; and her friend Leanna Owatt.
She is survived by: her children, Gary (Suzy Moyer) of Dagsboro, DE, Craig (Kathy Moyer), Tyrone, Bruce Moyer of Elko, NV. and Susan (Paul Kirkpatrick); and her sister-in-law Jessie Evans (late Cal). She is also survived by sixteen great-grandchildren and five great-great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, February 6th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Askew-Houser Funeral Homes, Inc. (300 N Julian St, Ebensburg, PA 15931).
