Frank of Ebensburg, Pennsylvania, born in Altoona, Pennsylvania, who passed away on January 23, 2022, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Norman "Dick" Horton and Verna Horton (Dwyer). She is survived by: her husband Ronald Frank; her sisters, Patricia Buige (Mike) of Crossville, TN, Susan Ficke (George) and Jan Balsinger; and her close friend Ron. She is also survived by numerous sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, cousins, and God-Children.
Masks and Covid precautions are requested for both visitation and service.
