She is survived by: her children, Stephanie Voyda, Jason Voyda (Sherri Rekich), Jeffrey Voyda (Kristie) and Megan Polinsky (Michael); her grandchildren, Logan, Jackson, Max, Maggie Voyda and Sadie Polinsky; and her siblings, Veronica Dick, John Smith, Carole Tibbott (Rowland) and Michael Smith (Helen).
