She was predeceased by: her parents, Karl Wagner and Eva Mae Wagner (Anderson); her husband Arthur B. Cicero; and her siblings, Helen, Annabelle, Margaret, Karl Jr., Alton and Merle Wagner.

She is survived by: her children, Arthur Kenneth Cicero (Lena), Daniel C. Cicero (Elaine), W. Va and Donald B. Cicero (Joy). She is also survived by four grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
