It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James R. Cornman (Ebensburg, Pennsylvania), born in Manhattan, New York, who passed away on August 19, 2023, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard C. Cornman and Frances Cornman (Turk); and his siblings, Thomas J. Cornman, Lawrence D. Cornman and Joan Crum (Cornman).
He is survived by: his wife Clara G. Cornman (Hershberger); his children, Barbara DiLoreto (Frank), James Jr. (Stacie), Debbie Johnson (Robert) and Patricia Marra (Don); and his siblings, Frances Louise Bedford (Charlie Imler), Bonnie Vuckovich (David), Bedford, Donna Shaw (Jim) and Robert Cornman. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial donations to Ebensburg Boy Scout Troop 98 in care of Jim's family or to Conemaugh Regional Hospice, 210 Industrial Park Road, Suite 150, Johnstown, PA 15904 in memory of James R. Cornman.
