He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Shannon and Susan Shannon (Smiles). He is survived by: his wife Rita (Beyer); and his children, David of Johnstown, Paula of Maine and Michael of Massachusetts. He is also survived by in-laws, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
